Keith Privette is a technology leader, portfolio strategist, and product builder with over 20 years of experience spanning enterprise healthcare technology, SaaS development, agile delivery, and marketing operations.
With over two decades in enterprise technology leadership, Keith has served as a senior Technology Program Director driving digital portfolio management across multiple product lines — delivering millions in annual savings through custom-built Salesforce tooling, championing agile transformation as a Scrum Master, and aligning technology investments with business outcomes at Fortune 20 scale. As Chief Technology Evangelist at Two17 Marketing & Tech, Keith architects the operational infrastructure for a boutique agency managing 65+ budgets across 34 clients — designing the agency's transition from transparent to flat-fee pricing, creating automated commission and reporting systems using API integrations, and developing the technology strategy that enables a distributed freelancer team to deliver at scale.
Keith holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and serves as a RevolutionVA board member focused on tech community development in the Hampton Roads region.
